Topic: Lets get together and chat about the past year and future year for club and see what we need for our next adventure.!

During the AGM we will have a full update of club activities, share information about the future of the club and hold elections for open executive positions.

In conjunction with the Annual General Meeting, lets see what gear we can swap or sell for a new adventure for new to you gear.

Bring a few choice items you would like to move to a new home and maybe leave the AGM with some road trip MONEY.

If you would like to bring a few items, tag with your name and the price before hand. There will be a couple of tables set up for the items to hang out while we conduct business and then have a short social after the presentation. Be sure to label with a good fastener, we don't want your gear to feel lonely that its not getting any interest.

Prospective buyers and sellers can connect after the meeting to do the deal via cash or e-transfer or trade!
