Topic: Friday night MIXER with Presentation: Hiking the Mountains of India & DIY Custom Layered Maps, with Tharun Bangera, followed by a drink at the pub!

Ever been backpacking in the mountains of India? Fellow GMMC member Tharun Bangera will share some photos and tales of his adventures backpacking and hiking in the Western Ghats (Sahyadri mountain range along the west coast). Spoiler: He is one AMAZING photographer!

He's also generously agreed to share how he makes his own customized layered maps for each trip & will teach anyone who wants to learn.

***You are welcome to bring YOUR cool map building systems too -- we want you to share with the crew as well. It would be great to see what everyone is using!

*Please note that this is intended as a community building event. Come out and join us for some time to share, learn, and hopefully make some new contacts for some of your next trips.

Presentation starts at 6:30. Afterwards, we can decide which pub we all prefer: Brewster's or Beer Revolution -- same parking lot.
